providing wrong information

its a complaint against airtel mobile.where by virtue of providing wrong information regarding gprs usage charge provided by its customer care executice i’m paying exorbitant bill. they’ve only one word sorry. but can anybody tell me with which way they r giving 1 gb of internet usage at rs 98 rental and with zero rental charging rs 10000 for 1 gb plus surfing time. they give information to every layman that 10 kb for 10 paise. in india where almost everybody keep mobile with gprs facility understand this language?????i believe providing wrong, incomplete information shd be a punishible offence……i’m feeling cheated but not able to understand what to do………its not a question of my money which i’ve paid….its a question of mass who without understanding their confusing statement shedding their hard earn money…..plz check these kind of practice doing by companies as advertisement for their products.i hope i’ll get justice.
