SIR , I HAVE BEEN CHEATED BY MTS FOR MORE THAN 4 MONTHS.I HAVE GONE THROUGH A RECHANGE OF INR 999 ON DATA CARD NUMBER 8459295082 IN October.I Was getting speed in few kbps,even my emails took few mintutes to load.When i had contacted customer care they told me that u r living in high utilization area and our technical team is working on that and your problem will get solve in 2-3 weeks.When i asked them to give my 999 INR back but they refused.After that in december i had again gone through a recharge of 499 INR thinking that speed issue will have been solved.That problem was not solved even after 2 months. I again faced same speed issue,internet speed was so slow that i could not use even a single mb,my whole data plan get wasted .When i contacted customer care they make the same pretence and again assured me taht ur speed probelm will be solved in 2 to 3 weeks.Today ie on 25th january 2015 i thoght that speed issue will may have solved.So i have gone through a recharge of 399 INR.Still i m facing same problem when i contacted customer care they again made a pretence that this issue will be solved in 2-3 weeks.Sir i m exremely disappointed with MTS.I have been fooled by them for more than 4 months
They should have informed all the MTS Dealers of vishwas nagar that it is high utilization area for MTS.Kindly dont recharge until this speed issue is solved.But MTS did’nt do that and looting their customers for more than 4 months.
Sir i request you to make return my money back and cancel the licence of MTS so that no one can be fooled by mts.
