Not Providing services as promised, misselling of product

Greetings!!! I have been a member of Awesome Holidays (now known as Spice Holidays) since Feb 2013, my Membership number is AHPL 1087. I would like to bring this to your notice that after sale service of your so called awesome holiday group is really pathetic. I am sorry to say this but I am really disappointed with kind of service you are providing. I have paid Rs. 61000 and every year I am paying Rs. 4520 just to take a break from work pressure and daily tensions in short to enjoy but I am sorry to say your company is giving me headache. I am really frustrated with the over all services and the way you are treating your customers after selling your product even you are not ready to listen to your customer and take their feedback. I have personally talked to Mr. Sunil (Zonal Head), he is very rude towards old customers.To me Rs. 80000 is a huge amount out of which 85% I have already paid to Awesome Holidays.
My concerns are:
1. Every time I want to book some hotel I have to chase your staff to name few of them (Nutun, Vikas, Sunil etc.), and chase means literally chase let me be more expalinatory I have to give about 10- 20 calls a day, atleast 20 mails for 1 booking.
2. This time I want to go to Gangtok, your staff “Nuntan” said, your 2 years annual fee is pending, pay it first then we can proceed for booking however I have already paid last year annual fee full amount before going to GOA. When I told her about this she wants a proof and you know what you guys did not provide any receipts for annual fee last year. Thanks to my banking guys who allow me extract my 1.5 year old bank statement. Then I took a screen shot my statement and forwarded to you guys. Also I have already paid this year’s annual fee of Rs. 4521 but this year also No receipt or acknowledgement from your side.
3. This time I have to fly to Gangtok on this Saturday (30 Aug 2014), tickets are already booked. I have requested Awesome holidays to book hotel for me about 5 months ago from today. And on 29th Aug they only 4 nights are available.Today also I called awesome holiday contact number about 7 times but no response. When I asked about this you said we have too much of clients and we can’t immediately response every one then I have asked you about mails reply you said mails didn’t reflect immediately they takes almost 2 working days to reflect and then 1 day for response so expect 3 days response. Let me tell you sir is you have so many number of clients then why can’t you expand your services, what matters to me is your timely response.
4. Fraud starts with calling on one’s phone to tell them you have been selected for free holiday voucher then if one visited at their place they pressurized him/her to take immediate decision on taking membership.
5. Can you tell provide me some figures on what basis you have increased your ASF from 3932 to 4521.

I am feeling so harassed and fooled by Awesome Holidays. Please do something. My friends who are also member of awesome holidays are having same feeling. I appeal everyone never got trap with their false promises and services.
