Not providing services.

I was forced to get myself registered on shinemycareers.com by making a payment of 18444/ to the said job portal site on 17/06/2014.

The total amount was not disclosed at the beginning during the registration, Initially I was told to pay 2999/- for the registration and then one by one the call was transferred to other members, who would ask me to pay some more money again to complete the registration, ON 17/06/2014 THERE WERE ATLEAST 5 TO 6 MEMBERS FROM THE SHINE MY CAREERES .COM TEAM WHICH NEVER STOPPED TILL WHOLE PAYMENT 0F 18444/ WAS MADE.One fellow Mr Malhotra called me up from an un kown international location (Turkey) which my service provider showed .And told me not to delay in making payment as the client was with them and is getting disappointed, this money paid would ultimately be refunded back by the client and I need not worry about it.

Thereafter I mailed them the scan copies of the required documents after which I never heard from them. I did call them on couple of times to inquire about the status of my application status they said that It was in progress. Since last week I have been trying to call on the same number which is giving message switched off. I don’t know how to reach them, kindly guide me as to how should I approach the concerns and what should I do. The mobile numbers shared by the shinemycareer.com team was Mr Vikas 09716793276, he was the first person to reach me and Mr Malhotra 09716793207
