Not providing required internet plan

HI, I’m Partha bandhu Chowdhury, a Local cable internet service user. As per Trai minimum internet Speed should be 512 kbps in India.. I’m using PMPL Broadband. They recently Launched A new plan named N2_ jet silver Economy. 512kbps bandwidth price- rs438. But Local Cable Operator isn’t Providing me that plan. they are saying that They don’t have that plan and also saying that plan isn’t available at Barasat. But One of my friend using the same plan, his user id sky_sikha1, phone no- 9038020203. but my local cable operator saying there is no such plan, Even My friend’s operator saying him that he wont recharge that plan from next month. Many of us having the same prob. Even few operator here misbehaving with customers. please kindly resolve it. we want that internet plan
