Dear Sir ,
I had buy the product from 100bestbuy online Website i recvd the product but the product which i recvd was faulty product. after that i called to customer care of that company . & they told me that re courier the product and i did that and they told me that they will send new product but till now i am not recvd replacement of that product

re-couriered on 29th June 2013
Date of courier they recvd on 5th July 2013.
Amount of Product is Rs 845/-
Courier charges is Rs 120/-
Total amount is Rs 965 /-
Plz Help me to get my product or My Money
