I am Gopal Paul from West Bengal. My GSM Reliance mobile no 9641507606 .Yesterday (30/07) I received a SMS from 651234 at 12:08 PM This message said that if I recharge with Rs. 289 I would get unlimited 3G Data for 28 days.when I recharged at the same day (30/07) my account is credited with only 2.25 GB 3G Data . Please resolve my complaint as early as possible .

Dear sir, myself devendra Singh, my Reliance gsm number is 8881894562. On 28/10/2015, I got a sms from 651234, which is as follows,
“Special Offer only 4u! 1GB data @Rs15 for 25 days…. ”
But when I recharged my account (on same day) with rs. 15, I did not get 1 gb data instead I got following sms,
“RC15 done,you get All localnSTD callsat50p min for 14 days….”
I request u to kindly look into the matter and provide me the correct recharge benefit.
Earlier also i have faced the same problem.
I received the sms of offer from 651234 but after recharging i did not get the metioned benefit. When i contacted reliance customer care then they provided the offer benefit. But this time reliance customer care is not responding to my complaint.
