Hi

I had loan from GE money Number-GBGL00002862. I have foreclosed my Home loan by paying remaining amount on 19/01/2012. Since then I have not received my property papers which are mortgage with GE Money against home loan.

I had called customer care for my Propriety documents and the feedback what i have received from them was that the GE Money has sold this portfolio to Magma Finance Limited and need to follow-up from them.

Now i have been doing follow-up with Magma since last week of Feb-2013

I had called Three times on 1800-103-3375 and every time they told me to call back after 10 days.
i had asked them to provide me mail confirmation that my property papers are with you . But till the date i have not received any such mail

I had again spoken to

GE Money Manager on 01243992656 and again i received routine reply that we will call back to you with confirmation. And any queries related to home loaa you will have to contact Magma Finance Limited

I don’t understand. I have taken loan from GE Money. My papers are Mortgage with GE Money. I have repaid my loan to GE Money then why should I follow-up with Magma Finance Limited?

GE money has to take Responsibility and has to act accordingly.
I am now taking this matter to consumer court. And marking copy for their reference.
