Location/place: Navi Mumbai

Name of company/service: ICICI Prudential

I have bought property insurance through ICICI Prudential, the one time premium of Rs. 70000.00 got paid along with my housing laon disbursement on 26th of April 2012.
However after 60 days I am yet to receive the policy, my continous follow up with concerned people has gone un attended
Once I threatend them saying I want to withdraw and want full refund, I got an SMS that the policy got issued on 14th April, only to extend my wait. till today I have not been shown a document to prove that the policy has been dispatched
All I want now is full refund on premium
My policy reference no is 16636764
