I would like to draw the attention of the concerned authority towards the concerned issue. Today I went to KHAN CHACHA restaurant located at khan market new delhi. There I ordered food and cold drink ( coca cola ) but when I saw the bill I was shocked when I saw that the coke was charged for RS 45 instead of RS 25 though the MRP of RS 25 was mentioned in the coke. Apart from this the vat of 20% and other tax of RS 12.5% was imposed. Even after paying the applicable taxes how can these owners charge more than the MRP??? Though the customer is paying the applicable taxes. The restaurant owners can’t charge more than the MRP. Kindly take strict actions against the owner of KHAN CHACHA ( khan market, new delhi ). Kindly do the needful.
