Product under Warranty not repaired in one month

i have purchased a morphty richerds microwave 1 year ago, with 2 year warranty, now it has some problem, i have lodge a complaint agaist this, but from last one month engeneer visits our home mmore then 5 times. but still they are not able to repair it. i want mu microwave get replaced.
