I ordered Macbookair MD761 on ” www.eshop12.com” on 20-12-2014 by making 100% advance payment as per website Condition. Eshop12.com also immediately send me copy of order copy by email confirming my order and receipt of payment for giving order no 2426489. Condition of delivery states on website about 8 To 10 working days. But they did not responded for long time . After much persuasion by email and telephones, eshop12.com send me email stating that my product has been dispatched vide BLUEDART AWB 69177993544 DA TED 16-01-2015. BUT it was their lie misleading me as this Docket no AWB 69177993544 is nowhere available in Bluedart tracking website. Bluedart also confirmed by email that they do not have this AWB and are investigating at their end also. I am still awaiting for my product.
later on enquiry I come to know that I am not the only one, but this ‘eshop12.com ‘ has collected money from so many persons and not delivered product To any of them.
Very strong action needed against people behind this company’eshop12.com’ so that no other costumer are saved from cheating like this and then help us to get our money back with interest and panalty.
Besides tnis, strong action need to taken as this eshop12.com has badly damaged reputation of online retailers.
