My complaint is that My Karbonn Tab has a hanging problem so that I sent to Karbonn authorised service center Lakshmi Telecom, Shahpur colony, Alipore, Kolkata dated 13.08.2014 but six and half months I didn’t received my tab. I contact with Aditi Mahajan (Karbonn Service Center), Arijit Tandon (Jaina Marketing), Snapdeal and Lakshmi telecom, but I don’t get any positive response.

This is for your kind information that you are challenging the best in your service, but tell me one thing that after six month you are not able to resolve a single problem.
At the time of purchase your Marketing team, your telecaller and hundred of service center.. I believe in customer satisfaction. I do best after sale service. Is this your
service that you offer to your customer.
Mr. Arijit Ji told me in Dec that I have done my job and you get a new tab in the first week of Jan 15 but sorry dear 1st weak of Feb gone today.
Snapdeal Representative told me that you are my previliged customer and you will get speacial benefit. This is your special treatment. Just think
Ms Aditi Mahajan great you are doing an excellent job. From Oct 14 to Jan 15 gone. I know that six month is very very small time to resolve a
customer problem. Time is very short only six month to solve a BIGGEST EVER PROBLEM – SIMPLE HANG.
I don’t know that my tab is hanged or you all are hanged….
