Product not recieved.

Hi, I wanted to buy a cellphone from letsbuymobile.com. I paid the processing fees of 999 Rs. but after that i did not received any updated from that site. Whenever i am trying to call on their all center number, The number is busy. I am not able to receive any type of communication from that admin.
