Product not received and poor service at Indiatimes Shoppping

My order ID: 3003299856. I made an order in IndiaTimes on Jun 18 2014 and I received the product on Jun 23 2014. Right from the day I received my product, I raised a complaint for returning the product as the product was not in right size. Its been a month now, still I didnt get any updates from them. Daily I’m calling customer care and mailing them for updates, but there is no proper updates from them. I have raised more than 5 complaint IDs. Finally after 3 weeks, on Jul 8 2014, a new replacement order ID 3003344391 was created and I was informed that my product will be shipped immediately and I will be receiving my product on July 15th 2014. But till today (Jul 15 2014) I didnt receive the product. Again when I inquire customer care, they were telling like the product was not even shipped. This is WORST ever service and response I’m getting from IndiaTimes. I’m totally frustrated and lost my patience with this site.
