I have purchased decorative Diwali lights from the online shopping site SHOPCLUES.COM on 12 oct 2014 but I have not received my product till date. I Have pay 2 times for this product and till date I have not received my amount refund back into my account. my order no for the product is 22759183 this .the company said the they sent the product to me till 20 oct 2014 before Diwali but till date I don’t received my product.due to fault of online purchasing site shopclues.com I had not decorate my home on this Diwali at all this fault of the site hearted me and my family a lot .I have call many times at the companys call center but they said that your product will be delivered to us before Diwali due to this commitment of company I don’t purchase the Diwali lights from market.
DUE TO THE COMPANY FAULT I WILL FILE A COMPLAIN AGAINST THE COMPANY FOR RECOVERY OF MY DAMAGES FOR RS 20000 . I HOPE YOU WILL GIVES YOUR BEST JUDGEMENT
