I had purchaded a Coller(Birla Atlantic) from Star CJ online shopping portal,The Cooler which they have delivered which was packed,They told me at the time of purchasing if you found any thing not working please call us our customer care with in 48 hours we will replace the product.I called in customer care on the same day when I recieved the delivery,and launched a complaint.Now They are not ready to replace it and whenever I am calling in customer care.They are disconnecting the call.Please suggest what I need to do.
