Portable 5000 mAh Power Bank With Dual USB Ports For Mobiles/Tablets by ALPHA RADIOES 17/04/2013 which I have received on 20/04/2013.
After receiving it I have tried to recharge my Samsung S Duos mobile with it
But the charger is not charging my mobile with the cord given by company and other data cables that are available with me.
Hence I have launched a complaint regarding the product very own day with complain no :- 4441285.
They have replaced the product once but replacement is also not working hence i filled another complaint against it.
Now 1.5 months have passed but my complaint is not resolved or i didn’t got any refund also.
