I have ordered a pad from Naptol and Order no is 4189267, and i have placed the order on 13th of June 2012, I have got the product after 10 working days were as the shipping date is 5 working days, i have got a product which is not working , so i spoke to some of the CSR who can bearly understand English, they asked me to return the product which i did the same day, and they have received it in 2 days,its been almost 4 week and i have still not got the my product, I would request them to process this ASAP, and pay me a compensation for my wait for so many days.
