Product not upto the standard as advertised

I have bought a Wammy Titan mobile phone from M/s wicked leaks’ online shopping site(http://www.wickedleak.org/188-wammy-titan-55-inch-android-41-phone.html) vide invoice number-IN002047 dated 23-02-2013 .In their ad of this phone they claimed the display of the device is 5.5 inches.But out of curiosity when I tested the display size of the phone it is not of 5.5 inches.I raised the issue with their customer care division but till now no satisfactory solution is provided by them.
