Product not replaced and delay in service

Location/place: Lucknow

Name of company/service: Seagate (Sea care centre)

I had submitted my hard disk at seagate sea care centre on 27-apr-2013. now more than 1 month passed and i still waiting for my replaced product. when i call at their service centre, four days bask they said that my hard disk has been dispatched and i will get it with =in 4 days. today when i called again they said that my hard disk has not been dispatched. i don’t know whats going on.
