I Suvendu Mishra, had bought a blackberry storm 9530 from indiatimes shopping, which started giving problem in the month of December, 2011. Consequently i have lodged a complaint in December only.From then i am calling almost everyday for the replacement of the product but it has not been done.
On my personal expense i have couriered the product on 20th april 2012. But still i haven’t received the replaced product. Every time i call to your customer representative they either say me that i will get a call from our side within 24Hrs or 48Hrs, but which rarely happens. Now after 20 days they are asking me to mail the POD( Proof Of Delivery).
Its really been a harassment for me from last 6 months. Its my kind request to you please help me on this regard and as soon as possible help me to get the product.
I would be highly obliged to you if you kindly do me this favor.
