Product not received from Shop Jii

Location/place: Kolkata

Name of company/service: Shop Jii

I have paid by debit card to shop Jii for a 16 Gb pen drive on 10 April 2013 (order No.11129)but have not received the product yet.I called them several times but there is no response. Its very clear that this is a fraud site and these people are collecting money by fooling honest buyers.I request the authority to investigate the matter if possible.
