as promised during purchase,Snapdeal had to dispatch this item as on or before 1st of March 2013, but this item still not been dispatched by snapdeal, and after contacting(email & phone) snapdeal customer support team multiple times, i haven’t received any concrete & satisfactory response. only they r replying that we are going to dispatch the product ASAP.
