Dear Sir,
I booked a product samsung duos mobile from timtara.com on 6/07/12. the shipment time was given 3 weeks and for that i started following from 20/07/12. on the status page they showed awaiting shipment and till today it is the same thing. i registered a complain on 26, 27 and even on 30th of this month, but still i didn’t get any feed back from timtara team that when i will get my product.
all time they just told we will arrange call from the senior person. and not telling when i will be paid back or given the product. it is now 1 month i paid already and after taking the money this website “0” satisfaction for the customer. the customer is still standing on the first date of purchasing the product. “awaiting shipment”. If in this stage they are giving my money back then also i m in loss because i should get compensation for delay of refund after more than 1 month.
