product not delivered & money charged

dear Sir,
we had booked the order of mahaShiv puran DVDs with value 1371 INR on dated 5th July 2012.
they had taken the payment on the 5th July with assurance that product will be delivered latest by 13th July 2012.
but even on 23rd july 2012 the product is not dispatched from that side & company is unable to give the tracking of product.
there is no confirmation from company side that when the product will be delivered.
order no of product is 3001241124 dated 5 July.
