Product Not delivered by Timtara

Hi,
I have ordered Kent Water Purifier from Timtara.com with order id 10394940 on 9th Feb 2013, as per company policy product should be deliver within 3 to 4 weeks. but not it almost 3 months i have not received the product. I tried to call many times customer care number mentioned in website but most of the time call did not connected, and no proper response from Customer care executive.

I Request Timtara.com to Deliver my product ASAP or refund me whole amount along with applicable interest.
