Dear sir,
On 13th June “Bag It Today” executives called me and offered to refund the amount for holiday package (of Rs14000.00) which I could not use last year. He also sent me an e-mail from [email protected] proving that he is genuine person. To get the refund he asked for credit card detail which I gave him.He said he is not able to process the refund and offered that I can pick a Sony TV where he will adjust the refund amount.
I agreed to them and allowed him to deducted the additional Rs30,000.00 from my credit card for this transaction. He also said that i will receive 5 separate holiday packages costing Rs5998/- each, which I denied. But he said I will get it anyway and its up to me whether I use them or not.
I clarified that I have paid for TV only and not the holiday packages to which he agreed.
They have sent me the holiday packages but I have not received the TV yet.
I have been trying to get in touch with them (on the mobiles they had used) since 13th June but there is no response.
Please help.
