This has with reference to Order No. 10258502 dated 20.5.2012 for LG LCD TV, as per procedure I have made payment of Rs. 19450/- through HDFC Bank Credit Card through your website.
In this connection, I make to mention here that even after lapse 40 days I have neither received any consignment of LG LCD TV nor any information as to shipment of the consignment.
As per commitment, the product should have been delivered within twenty days from the date of confirmed order number.
I have made several complaints (Last Complaint No. 36132/2.7.2012) to your Customer Care mail id as well on phone (last conversation with Mr. Washim Akram-Customer Care Executives) but nobody gave any satisfactory response and firm commitment of delivery of consignment.
I have received following types of response from your customer care executives namely Mr. Akeel Ahmed (Supervisor Customer Care), Ms. Priya, Mr. Mehta etc.
• Your shipment is showing awaited in system.
• Your shipment deliver within this week i.e. within seven days
• Our back end team will response shorty to you
• You can do anything what can want to do (Said by Mr. Prateek- Customer Executive on 30.6.2012)
You are therefore requested to intervene in matter and confirm the date of shipment failing which I shall leave with no such option but to take an unpleasant action of legal remedy by way of police complain for cheating, approaching consumer forum or telemedia for justice.
