I ordered 8 GB pen drive with order number: 3001304199. And expected delivery was 3rd Aug 2012. However till 3rd it was not Shipped by Indiatimes. For which i registered an complaint(Case Id. 346104) and i was been assured within 2 days it will be shipped, however till date 6th Aug no action has been taken by Indiatimes and still consignment is pending to be b shipped.
I have made regular calls to customer support center but every time i get same answer “we are looking on priority… and soon it will be delivered” but still no date confirmation.
