hi i would like to place a complaint against tradus// i ordered a perfume from tradus.in for 1450 around more than two weeks ago.. last sunday i got a msg stating that the product has been delivered to me…. hoqwever it was not delivered to me// i already paid for the product and now they are saying that the product has been delivered to me.. i dont know to whom it was delivered they were not bothered to cal me regarding the delivery and not bothered to check the id proof of the person to whom it was delivered///
