Product is different as shown on the web site

Hi Sir,
This is to inform you that I had placed an order for car utility combo pack which includes “CAR SCRATCH REMOVER”,However when i received the product ,instead of sending scratch remover they sent scratch filler and that too in dry condition,when i called the customer care they never replied.
Sir Please look into the matter,for this i will be highly obliged.
