Product found other company and duplicate product

Dear Consumer forum,

I would like say that Ask me bazaar.com is untrustable site. He is delivering wrong product to customer and duplicate also. Even though when we ask for a complaint they do not register the complaint ask for replacement, a/c no. ifsc code etc.

That is not trustable to them. Please help us get my genuine product back otherwise pay my cash with my time wasted for the un genuine product.
