product delivery failure

Hi,

I am Vivek Sharma and my contact number is 7259115357. Concerned order number is 2201880. Its regarding my worst experience withe greendust.com online shopping.

On 11th July, 2012 I saw a great deal for me on greenedust.com (http://www.greendust.com/Laptop-&-Note-Books-acer-aspire-5742z-laptop-p-10119.html) which was a Acer Aspire 5742Z laptop in Rs. 12500 only (approx) (They have increased the price now). I liked it and immediately I made a COD (Cash On Delivery) order for the same. It was showing product in stock that time. They sent me a confirmation code while ordering and by using that confirmation code I confirmed my COD order. After a few minutes I received a mail with order confirmation (Screenshot attached) and it was written that product will be delivered in 7-10 business days. Next day I got the confirmation call as well form the greendust that sir this call is for the order confirmation and we are shipping your product. A person named Sonu from their team was dealing with me.

After 7-9 days when i didn’t get any update about the product I called the team and asked about my order status. These people (Sonu) told me sir I will ship it today. next day again I called they said I will ship it today. next 2 more days they gave me the same answer. Then I called their operation manager Romit about the same, he told give me half an hour sir i will rectify the issue and will callback you in half an hour. I waited whole day but he didn’t call. I tried to call him but no sense I was not able to catch him again. By luck i caught him today (23rd July, 2012) on call and what rubbish he is telling me today “Sir your product is out of stock and I am canceling your order.” What rubbish is this… am I fool so made a deal with these non sense people. I left many deals meanwhile with good prices on other websites just because of these people.

Now I am feeling very bad and frustrated because of greendust. I want to claim my product or compensation against the problem I suffered from greenest in any case. These fools don’t have a nice website interface as well, its not showing not even a single order history/status made on their website in my account, I made a compliant about this many times but no solution. I have the order confirmation mail at-least. Please help me to teach these stupids that this is not a good way to do business. Please let me know what can be in my favor in this case.
