I have purchased the product [huawei 1831 UMG dongle] from www.tradus.in on 05-12-12 worth Rs.2200/- through online payment and was promised to receive the product within 4 to 5 days.
But the product was not delivered with in the delivery time as stated by the seller.
Also the seller is not responseding actively towards my queries when I tried to ask about the product delivery by sending them emails.
