On 16th Oct 2014, I had ordered “hard rock pack of 5 premium cushion filler set of (16 x 16 inch)”, for Rs 207, from www.shopclues.com. But till now I have not received this order nor my money has been refunded yet. When I traced this order in Dtzot courier, it’s showing product delivered, but I have not received the product. I got a reply from shopclues that, I have already received the product. In this way I was cheated by shopclues and it’s associate courier. Please do the necessary ASAP, so that at least I can get back my money.
