Ma’am/Sir
Subject – Product not got delivered by the promised date and now getting new dates of the delivery, when asking for refund asked to wait till the product gets delivered.
I had placed an order on Snapdeal for “WD 1TB external Hard drive” which cost me Rs.4,001/- only,on 3rd Jan 2015,the product got delivered on 7th Jan but later i found an issue in the drive so asked for replacement.
They picked up the faulty product by 12th Jan and was checked and thus my new order was automatically placed the next day.
The product was shipped by 13 Jan and was said to me by a message received on the registered number that it will be delivered by 21 Jan.
I reminded them about not delivering of the product on 20th and 21st but was asked to wait until the given date arrives.
On 22nd i called again complaining about the product not being delivered and i was given a new date of 27 Jan and said to wait now till 27 for the product to be delivered.
The product is still not delivered sir/ma’am.
They have given me a contact no of the delivery service for why the product is not delivered,
1st of all sir/ma’am I bought my product from snapdeal so why should i take all the excuses of the delivery service and ask them to deliver my product on the given date,this is there concern not a customer concern.
Secondly I, still tried to call the delivery service but the number that they gave me is a wrong number,the given number belongs to BLUE DART service while my product is shipped and should be delivered via DELHIVERY service (According to their message received on my register mobile number) and the Blue dart services says no such product belongs to us.
When i asked to refund my money they say you will have to wait till the product gets delivered, Now sir/ma’am since the only reason why i am asking to refund is because the product is not getting delivered.
When calling to the customer service today(I had called them on 20th,21st,22nd,26th and today) the representative says he can only give informations,after seeking repetitive solution to this concern all they give me in response is to wait and they give me a new date to wait till the product is delivered.
Sir/ma’am either please help me get my product which i have already paid for or get my money back a.s.a.p .
