Product Not Delivered even after numerous followups

I purchased a Product from EBAY on 08th September 2014. The same was being delivered by the Courier company Blue Dart on 12th September 2014. They had an incorrect address for which they took the correct address from me and updated the same to EBAY on 13th September ( As per the telephonic conversation with Blue dart team) They kept waiting for EBAY’s response for the next ten days but with no results. On 23rd i called up the blue dart team and got to know the above status and i was then redirected to EBAY’s customer care. Since 23rd September 2014 i have had a discussion with almost 8 different people and each one of them assuring me that the product will be delivered within next 24 hrs.

On 23rd Sep 2014, a lady from the escalation desk at the EBAY assured that she will update the status of the product by the day end and the product will be delivered by max 24th septemeber day end. There was neither a call to update the status nor the delivery of the product.

On 25th september, again i had to call up EBAY and then another person from the escalation department named Tauhit asked for a last chance saying that this time the product will deffinately be delivered by 27th septemeber and if not he will personally call me up to update me and a refund will be initiated. End result being there was neither a delivery of the product nor any call to intimate me the status. forget about the refund.

on 30th september i made another call to find the status, this time another two different person gave yet another assurrance (One of them was the team leader named Abhishek) saying that they would give a call to me on 01st October by 2 p.m. max to update the correct status. As expected there was no response from the efficient team of EBAY and on top of that when i call them up they come up with another assurance that the product will be delivered by Saturday 04 September 2014, but these people were not ready to give this on mail.

Each time it was me who to call up to confirm the status of the product and what was even more frustrating that each of these calls lasted for approximately an hour. There were many other calls with the EBAY team which i am not giving details of to keep the matter short.

This is probably the worst experience i have had of shopping online. This was the first time i shopped with EBAY and certainly the last time i did. This is the most pathetic company wherein the employees don’t even give a damn to the customers and their hardships.

Need some help regarding this if someone could as i have run out of my paitence.
