I am diptiranjan Sahoo i purchased a shoes from online market site name is http://www.kaunsa.com/ on 14/06/2014 they not delivery the product to me and so many time they comitment to deliver me after make complain to they but still they not delivery my product and not returned my money also. at the time of making the order i paid rs498.00 after dicount.Till date they not contact me and not return my money i think this is a fraud compay please see this matter and help me to solve this problem and i do not want to same problem not suffer others.

Why it is not solved in between 10 days ?

What is your customer care duty ? only sending message ” You will be intimated buy seller very soon. ” But you check whether seller is contacting customer or not?
times you sent me this type of message but no seller contact me. Why you are return my money if you are unable to maintain your system why you open this marketing site. you must returm money if seller is not deliver the product in time.But you are simply sending a message and keep silent . Can you tell me who will return me my money? Please it is too much as soon as possible return my money. Other wise I will take legal action against from your organisation.
