I purchased a product order id: 771133672734 from snapdeal.com on 12 September 2014 and yet its not delivered to me i called so many times to their customer care but they are not providing me the status n not responding properly as they have mentioned on their website that they make delivery within 4 to 5 working days which is fake as i haven’t received my product and its more than 10 days so i want to file case against this site kindly help me
