I had placed an order on www.pepperfry.com (Order no. 100332485) for 3 items on Oct27 2012.
Of these 3 items, 2 were shipped and one of them was ‘defective'(had a missing part). I then contacted their support over online chat and email and they adviced me to find the missing from some local store (which i have not been able to until now).
And then about the item which has not shipped, there was no proper response from them.
I have emailed them 4 times, and each time they generate a new ref/case# and do not maintain the email chain to keep track of my replies.
According to their shipping terms, those items are supposed to be shipped by 7 working days. I had placed my order on 27Oct2012 and today is Nov11, and still the order has not been completed.
I have asked them for a refund and their jurisdiction to be able to file a complaint against them, but they do not reply with the relevant information.
I can paste the entire email conversations i have had with them if necessary. Please let me know.
