Hi,
On 20th july, 2013 at 8.35.45 PM, i placed a pizza through online mode having order ID is 483. Pizza delivery boy came to my place 15 – 20 mins late (Not sure). When i checked pizza it was cold. I told delivery i can’t eat this pizza. He spoke to me very rudely and told “KHA LE”. I told him give me a sorry card and he refused me to give it. I got screwed with his incessant gibberish language. Then, i replied to pizza boy “Take it back” i won’t eat. He took it and gone :/
Then i was trying to call dominos pizza outlet. Many time they picked my call and disconnect it. Then i message on cell of Dominos outlet manager (Suraj). He didn’t respond to it. This is not happening first time. In past it has happened. On that time i was convinced by Suraj. But this time is too much. Water has crossed head limit.
I raised 3 complaints on dominos webpage (162296, 162255 and 162624) But no result came yet.
Thats why i have to take this step.
What i want inorder to truce this issue:-
1) Refund my money.
2) Free pizza which i returned (but only if it is hot)
3) Sorry from Manager and Delivery boy on a piece of paper.
