Processing Fees

Location/place: New Delhi

Name of company/service: HDFC BANK CREDIT CARD

HI All,

HDFC Bank charge me processing fees without inform me. when i purchase they told me sir there is a offer going on there is no processing fees.
same told by merchant also and in the end no resolution from bank they force me to pay wrong amount.

I am doing lots of mails to bank but there is no reply.

please look into this matter and resolve it as soon as possible.
