Name of company/service: HDFC Bank
This is in regard with a Loan Application with HDFC bank.
I had opted for a Housing Loan with HDFC Bank vasishali Ghaziabad branch in the month of October 2010 , As discussed with bank’s representative Mr Digvijay (Mob no 9311531433) I had given him a cheque of Rs 11030 against HDFC Ltd. He assured me that you will receive a confirmation call from our bank regarding this Loan & if you will confirm then only the Cheque will be processed.
Later on when i received the confirmation call from your Bank i refused for the Loan but even though the amount got debited from my account & i have no clues why it happened.
I followed up with ashish pandey of vaishali ghaziabad branch & also with ankit tiwari of bhopal banch, as ankit is relationship manager of my savings account no of bhopal branch but nothing has happened.
pls help.
