Mislead by merchant regarding processing fees on EMI conversion.
while purchasing Split AC whirlpool A/c-1.5 Split 3D cool 5star-white, merchant said there is no processing fees for convertion of the total purchase amount into 6 EMI. But after 4 days I received an SMS from bank confirming the EMI with 0% EMI but along with EMI i was charged with Rs. 14.64.75 against processing fees. when contacted to both (bank & merchant) both deny its not from their end and tried to blame each other.
please help us for getting the waiver of processing fee which i was not informed.
Regarding this i have raised a complaint against HDFC bank credit card division complaint number – 1093987338
