Thank you for sharing your concern with us.

At the outset on behalf of HP, my sincere apologies and regret to note that your experience hasn’t been all that good.

As discussed I understand that you had faced multiple issues with your notebook in past please be informed that any electronic product has chances of failure. Thus all electronic products have warranty policy which clarifies that against technical failure during the warranty period will get rectified without any additional charge. I understand you have reported webcam issue I did check with service center and found that while closing and opening LCD web cam cable is getting disconnecting so service centre have ordered complete LCD. Also I have asked them to check on the speaker and confirm if there are any issues.

I shall keep you updated with the progress and would work on a speedy closure.

I purchased HP DV6-6119TX Note Book from Reliance Digital on 17th of Sep-2011.It was worked fine for 20 days .After that am facing problems while using my notebook.

I approached your service center.They have done these many changes to my Notebook.

1.Relaced LCD– Reference Number– HYDR-121011-030

2.Replaced Mother Board–Reference Number–HYDR-261111-019

3.Replaced Back Pack Cover–Reference Number–HYDR-2W412-015

4.Replaced Web Cam–Reference Number–HYDR-240512-035

5. Web cam is not working again, so have again given my note book to them— Reference Number—HYDR-160612-004

Service Center: Maha Electronics Pvt Ltd,

Dega Towers,Rajbhavan Road,

Somajiguda, Hyderabad-500082

My Concern , here is that,am facing lots of issues with my notebook. and performance wise. Not sure ll get the Notebook again with out any problem.

Taking the Note book each and every Fort Night to Service center( If you look at the parts what they have changed on my notebook).

Please I need piece to piece replacement of my notebook.

As discussed please be informed that service center have fixed the reported issue for which display and speaker was replaced. Currently unit is working fine and was confirmed after it was kept under observation. Hence request you to collect notebook from service center at the earliest.

I have taken the notebook on Saturday i.e on 23rd of June. It is worked fine for 2days.

Now suddenly, backlight(HP Logo) of my LCD Pannel ,been turned off.

What should i do , with this one.?

Again , have to give the notebook for one more week for checking the issue ?

please advice me on this.
