Is there any stop to greediness of the house owners? in dec’2009 i cameon rent for Rs3500.00 after 11months she incresed the rent to 4500.00 in oct’2010 then in sept’2011 she asked for 5500.00,and in the midtime their disturbances are goingon we have to suffer their behaviour we can’t eat, bring things as they continuously peeped in also they asked us to do thing according to them.there is too much disturbance of them inour lives. i am earning only 6000.00.now she is asking to vaccant the home as she wants 6000.00amount forthe rent.my request is to increase the agreement period please. it should be for 3-4years. otherwise we should all tenants go to withour goods to narendra modi’s or manmohan singhs house.what we all middle class do? half of our goods are destroyed in the shifting process.we cant afford to buy but we can’tafford to live in the rented house,where to go?we have to tolerate their dadagiris we can’t have the copy of agreement,we cant apply for election card,ration card and for other things as a citizen due to this 11 month agreement we are living a gypsy life.thanks to the govt. rules.
