Dear Sir/Madam i had purchased tata safari in 2012 feb from miles motors vadodara authorised dealer of tata motors. After 1 month the car started to give problems firstly it was showing engine error, according to company instruction if you get this signal the person should not drive car, i showed this error to them they told me that it was an fake error may be duw to dust, i agreed to their statement.
Then again after two minths the driver seat back was making noise and same side seat handle was broken, now this time they told me we have made temporary arrangemnt for the handle we have ordered the new one we will let you know when this will be avqilable and we have solbed the problem of the seat noise.
But after 3 4 days the nois of seat started again againi gave them again they kept it for one day and gave us back with correction, but after some days same thing happened again and some how after some shouting the problem got resolved permanently.
Now in the month of august i started facing new peoblem, both the front windows were not able to close properly it started to get jammed in the end with 3to4 inch gap, again i gave them car three times, after third time driver window is working fine and other one is closing with slow speed.
In the month of dec there was a problem of wheel caliper and same engine ignition peoblem i gave them they charged me 450 for wheel balancing, now after 15 days i am facing same problems again
Now i am fed up with these problems,
I am planning to arhue with them for the new car or give my money back afterall its hard earned money,
Please suggest me with some option
