Problem with my brand new Micromax tablet

Name of company/service: Micromax

I bought a Micromax Funbook P300 tablet on 02/07/12.
Initially it started hanging the applications and now it suddenly closes the applications while I’m working, which eventually makes me lose the data and I have to start everything again from the scratch.
This is hampering my work a lot and moreover it’s harassing me mentally.
Please help me.
