I Animi Reddy having acc no:31271435806 in SBI Gachibowli branch using mobile banking service. It worked well for more than 6 months after very frequently when I try to recharge mobile with topups through mobile banking service it shows a message “Request received and Rs.50 is deducted from my acc”. It happens once in a month I complained about the same issue with bank members but none of them solved it. Now how can I get my money back it is happened many times.
